Your email is necessary for subscribing to receive information about newly posted material, announcements, or special offers.
If you choose to participate in forums or post comments, your email will be required (and you may have to navigate specific anti-spam measures before posting comments). I may use your email to contact you privately should I have issues with a comment you wish to post before it posts.
Your information goes no further. I have dealt with my share of consequences from my personal information being hacked or sold. I don't like it; I won't do it.
